Custody Regulatory Entity Database

Move from brand-level claims to the legal entity that actually matters in procurement. Compare jurisdiction, regulator, licence or charter basis, authorization status and custody scope — with conditional and unresolved cases labelled explicitly.

Procurement logic

A provider brand is not a licence

Large custody groups can operate through multiple legal entities. The entity that signs the custody agreement determines which regulator, licence, insolvency regime and client-protection framework actually apply. This database therefore separates brand, legal entity and authorization status.

Resolved entity

The reviewed evidence identifies a named legal entity. This does not mean every service, asset or jurisdiction is automatically in scope.

Conditional approval

OCC preliminary or conditional approvals are shown separately and are not presented as final authority to commence business.

Entity not resolved

When public evidence does not establish the contracting legal entity clearly enough, the database says so. The unresolved field becomes a procurement question rather than an invented fact.
